We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
You may exchange your item for something else of the same price, or top up the amount for items of a higher price, or receive a refund of the difference in amount for items of a lower price.
Refunds
Refunds are processed through your original payment method.

Please note the following requirements regarding our return and exchange policy:

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please be aware that we don't cover the shipping costs, however we offer free exchanges.

Can I group my orders together?
Orders made within a period of 12 hours will get grouped together, provided the same delivery method and shipping address was chosen. When orders get grouped together, shipping costs get recalculated, and you will only pay the shipping costs for a single package. Any outstanding shipping costs will get refunded to you.
Do you provide International delivery?
Unfortunately we have not expanded internationally yet.
